My role was to support the brand during a period of declining sales by introducing fresh, strategic ideas to drive growth. I focused on deepening the connection with our audience and repositioning the brand with a more high-fashion vision.

I launched an exclusive “Close Friends” list on Instagram for loyal customers, offering behind-the-scenes content and brand insights, which helped foster a sense of community and exclusivity. I also conceptualized and directed a photoshoot that visually captured the essence of Tona Swoboda. Through these initiatives; along with contributions to branding and marketing strategy focused on customer perception.
